Repair of a beam under the ground?
how I can repair parts of a beam under the sub-soil water that is rotten in the bathroom above. I have to repair before replacing some sub-soil
One can not code "sister" to an existing beam. A beam must be defective replaced. If you have access under the floor, be difficult, but doable. If you do not have access to it, you might want to have a contractor come in and replace you. It can be a bear to do. Hope this helps.
